I highly recommend the triathlon camps that John produces! I have attended two of John’s camps and each time have gotten my season started off in a big way. Taking a week off to concentrate on training is something everyone should invest in. Doing so helps you learn how to log big miles and build your confidence. I was rewarded with improved performance each year I went to camp. I also established new friendships and networking relationships. I almost forgot to mention that the food is over the top, as John does a great job as a chef!
