2024 Sponsorships

Title Sponsor: $5,000

Title Sponsors will be featured to the highest level:

• All benefits of lower sponsorship levels
• Complimentary entries to any 2 races of your choice
• Largest logos and prominent placing
• Discounted rates to any available special training camps and/or trips
• Special privileges – open to discussion

Season Sponsor: $2,000

Season Sponsors receive benefits including:

• All benefits from Single Event Sponsor (for all races)
• Packet inserts
• Logos on all shirts and website
• Email marketing, and social media throughout all of 2024

Single Event Sponsor: $500 – $1,000

Single Event Sponsors enjoy the following benefits:

• Your Promotional Materials to all racers at an event of your choice
• Your logo on the T-shirt (if applicable for event)
• Highlight your business on our website and email marketing to all athletes, and social media (3,000+ followers)
• Sponsors will have the ability to set up a booth and interact with racers, volunteers, spectators, etc. at an outdoor expo style setting
• You will also receive (1) complimentary entry to the race of your choice

Individual Sponsor: $1,200 – $2,000

Individual Sponsorship includes 2 levels:

Level 1 ($1200):

• Unlimited Training included with French Creek Racing, not to include Upper Merion swims or any other outside programs.
• Promotion/advertisement via social media, website, t-shirt logos, and the like.

Level 2 ($2000):

• Unlimited Training & Racing included with French Creek Racing, not to include Upper Merion swims or any other outside programs.

Promotion/advertisement via social media, website, t-shirt logos, and the like.

Product Sponsor

• Considered on a case by case basis
• Co-branding opportunities

Schuylkill Tri Club Sponsor: $750

In-kind or product sponsorships may be considered on a case by case basis.

Schuylkill Triathlon Club Sponsors receive logos on our team kits, placement on the website, and (1) complimentary club membership.
